What is it...cakap omputih la pulak...

kalori ,kolestrol dan kurus..

3 benda baru...since dah tak boley nak memegang mesin jahit..
meh kita workout..camna kita workourt dgn athirah di sisi..
wahaha..kita push up dia kat perut..kena alih2.. jumping jack dia pegang kaki..
cikque lari2 dia nangis..tapi kuteruskan usaha gigihku jua..

so my calorie per day is = 1109.6. (pi kat calorie school)
so kalau nak slim sikit kena burn 500 kalori per day..
thats why terloncat sana sini..dah 2 minggu dah..
bukannya reti sgt nak kira kalori melori ni..
tapi energy makin kurang nak uruskan rumah tangga takde tangga.
it need more energy..so far dah 2 minggu bertraining dgn makcik Jillian, terasa la
energetic sikit..turun pon few grams..well that a good start..

I hope this will not "hot-hot ciken shitlah."
9 month i bloom, so it takes another 9 months to shrink sikit..
takkan nak drastikkan..fair to our body..
